01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jlwild ("jlwild," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of jlwild.cam. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and features available on the jlwild platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and all digital content made available through jlwild.cam.

Access to and use of jlwild's services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are accessing jlwild on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and "you" in these Terms shall refer to both you and that person.

jlwild reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through in-platform notifications. Continued use of jlwild following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jlwild, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You do not currently hold a self-exclusion order — whether voluntary or mandated — from jlwild or any other licensed gambling operator.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or family member of a jlwild employee in a role that may create a conflict of interest.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

jlwild reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on jlwild. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jlwild actively monitors for duplicate accounts and any accounts found in violation will be closed, with all balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jlwild will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your username and password.

jlwild employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players will be required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Players from Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other regions of the Philippines are subject to the same verification requirements.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jlwild supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. jlwild aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing schedule.

• Deposits are credited to your jlwild wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals require completion of KYC verification before the first payout is processed.
• Funds deposited by a third party will not be accepted. jlwild reserves the right to reverse such transactions.
• jlwild does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; dormant account fees may apply as disclosed in the Cashier section.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jlwild offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. General bonus rules that apply across all jlwild promotions include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (turnover) before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated on each promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not claim more than one welcome or deposit bonus simultaneously unless jlwild explicitly states otherwise in writing.
• Abuse Prevention: jlwild reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation is detected.

jlwild reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for cancelled promotions, except in cases where the player has already commenced using the bonus and wagering requirements are partially fulfilled.

06 Gameplay & Fair Use

jlwild operates games powered by certified third-party software providers including JILI, Evolution Gaming, and Pragmatic Play. All games use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

Players acknowledge that the outcome of all casino games is determined by RNG systems and that no strategy, system, or betting pattern guarantees a win. Results are final once a game round concludes and cannot be reversed unless a demonstrable technical error has occurred and is confirmed by jlwild's technical team.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jlwild's servers, the server-side record shall be considered definitive. jlwild is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or power interruptions on the player's side.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlwild and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or bonus collection.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use jlwild as a vehicle for processing illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate winnings in a manner not intended by jlwild.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a minor under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering.
• Impersonating another player or providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access jlwild's systems, databases, or backend infrastructure without authorization.

jlwild cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and PAGCOR in investigations involving fraud, money laundering, and other criminal activities. Relevant player data may be disclosed to authorities as required by law.

08 Responsible Gaming

jlwild is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that while most players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop harmful habits. jlwild provides the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic reminders after you have been logged in and active for a set period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-game notifications showing your net win/loss position and session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from jlwild for a fixed period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. During exclusion, your account cannot be accessed and no bonuses will be sent to you.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without permanently closing your account.

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a means to generate income. Only wager amounts you can afford to lose. 09 Intellectual Property

All content on jlwild.cam — including but not limited to the jlwild logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlwild or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use jlwild's intellectual property without prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on jlwild.cam for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without explicit written consent from jlwild's legal team. Unauthorized use of jlwild's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlwild's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of jlwild's services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall jlwild be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or damage to your device, network, or software.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays or errors outside jlwild's control.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.

jlwild does not warrant that its platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access jlwild.cam at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your device and network are adequately protected.

11 Amendments to These Terms

jlwild reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — particularly those affecting player rights, withdrawal rules, or bonus structures — jlwild will endeavor to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification to registered players.

Your continued use of jlwild's services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute with jlwild directly by contacting our support team. jlwild will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

jlwild operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaints have not been adequately resolved by jlwild may escalate concerns through PAGCOR's official complaint resolution channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
